In her role leading high performance teams of professionals, Lanie is seasoned at developing and deploying innovative, evidence-based mental health programs in the public, private and non-profit sectors. Lanie excels at shaping workplace culture to increase employee engagement in mental health initiatives and collaborating with key stakeholders to prioritize investments in high reward mental health projects.

Lanie has a Masters in Clinical Psychology and has been a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) since 2012.
Lanie has worked in Toronto, Vancouver, Connecticut, Israel, Korea, Venezuela, and Cuba and is fluent in Spanish. Lanie currently resides in Toronto, Canada with her family.
