Lanie has a decade of experience in mental health leadership, strategic planning and program development. Experienced in implementing short- and long-term mental health plans, Lanie works with clients to build a solid foundation for psychological health at work.

In her role leading high performance teams of professionals, Lanie is seasoned at developing and deploying innovative, evidence-based mental health programs in the public, private and non-profit sectors. Lanie excels at shaping workplace culture to increase employee engagement in mental health initiatives and collaborating with key stakeholders to prioritize investments in high reward mental health projects.

  • Sole Canadian awarded a visiting Fellowship to the Yale School of Medicine, Division of Law and Psychiatry

  • Launched a mental health non-profit organization dedicated to providing evidence-informed therapy to court-involved individuals

  • Developed and launched evidence-based digital mental health programs unique to the Canadian landscape

  • Invited to speak at dozens of events on topics relating to digital mental health, workplace mental health, and innovative treatment for complex mental health

  • Inaugural National Director of Outpatient Services for one of Canada’s largest private mental health organizations, EHN Canada

  • Inaugural Workplace Mental Health Lead at Toronto Police Services

Lanie has a Masters in Clinical Psychology and has been a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) since 2012.

Lanie has worked in Toronto, Vancouver, Connecticut, Israel, Korea, Venezuela, and Cuba and is fluent in Spanish. Lanie currently resides in Toronto, Canada with her family.
